Delete your MyFamCare account

You can start the deletion directly in the app or send a request from this page.

From the app

1. Open Settings (Réglages), then Privacy and data (Confidentialité et données).
2. Choose Delete my account (Supprimer mon compte).
3. Confirm your identity and follow the instructions on screen.

Request from the web

Send the request from the e-mail address linked to the account. Only give your name and the account address; never attach a password or a personal document.

Data concerned

The sign-in account and the personal profile are deleted. For an invited member, access to the family is removed. For the owner, the app asks you to transfer ownership or close the family space; closing it deletes the data and files of that space.

Records strictly required by legal or accounting obligations may be kept for the mandatory period.
