Your administrative procedures, prepared without stress

Knowing which documents to provide, gathering them, checking they are up to date and forgetting nothing: MyFamCare guides you from finding the procedure to a complete file.

Find the procedure

By keyword, category, administration or life event (birth, marriage, travel, employment…).

Prepare the file

The required documents are listed; your matching documents are suggested and you confirm them.

Complete what is missing

Scan or import the missing document straight from the file, then export it.

Reliable information

Sourced, dated, never made up.

  • Each sheet shows its official sources and the date it was checked
  • A clear reliability level: verified, partial, pending
  • If the official list is not confirmed, the sheet says so, and you can add the documents the office asks for yourself
  • Documents specific to your situation (first passport, renewal, minor…) are flagged separately
✓Available · document linked and confirmed
!To check · document suggested, to be confirmed
×Expired · renew before submitting
+Missing · scan or import

Submit your application through MyFamCare

For procedures covered by an agreement with the administration, MyFamCare will be able to act as an authorised intermediary: you sign a mandate, pay the fees shown, an agent checks and submits your file, then you receive your document in your vault or collect it.

  • Offered only for partner procedures flagged in the app
  • Step-by-step tracking with proof of submission
  • Documents sent with your consent, then deleted

Questions about procedures

Is the procedure information official?

Each sheet shows its sources, the date it was last checked and a reliability level. MyFamCare never invents a fee, a deadline or a mandatory document: if a piece of information is not confirmed, the sheet says so.

What happens if a document in my file expires?

The file flags it as “expired” or “to check”, and you can set an alert before the due date.

Can I reuse a file?

Yes: duplicate a file (structure only or with the documents), save it as a template and find it again for your next procedure.

Does MyFamCare submit my application to the administration?

Not yet: submission through MyFamCare, as an authorised intermediary, will only open for procedures covered by an agreement with the administration concerned. No application is ever shown as submitted or accepted without one.

With MyFamCare, the whole family’s papers are sorted, protected and ready at the right time.
