Purpose of the service
MyFamCare is a family organisation tool: member profiles, document vault, expiry reminders, preparation of administrative procedures, calendar, budget, family messaging and artificial intelligence assistance.
MyFamCare is not an administration, nor a medical, legal, tax or emergency service. Automatically suggested information must be checked before any important decision.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the app, taxes included, before any payment. Paid plans (7 days, 1 month, 1 year) do not renew automatically.
- On Android and the website: payment through FedaPay (Mobile Money or bank card).
- On iPhone: payment through the App Store, with your Apple ID.
Personal data
How your data is processed is described in our Privacy policy, available in the app and on our website. To exercise your rights: myfamcare.app@gmail.com. Supervisory authority in Benin: APDP (https://apdp.bj).
Intellectual property
The MyFamCare name, logo, texts, illustrations and the app’s code belong to Epignosis Group. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. The documents you add remain your property.
Liability
You are responsible for the information and documents you add, and you must have the right to save them, in particular for a relative’s data. Protect your credentials and your phone. If you notice suspicious access, change your password and contact us.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the law of Benin. For users located in the European Union, the mandatory consumer and data protection rules of their country still apply. In case of dispute, please contact us first: we always look for an amicable solution.
